Attendees: Guilherme, Soon, Philippe, Seth, Yunsong, Daniel,

Guilherme: Progress on getting the navigation benchmark on GPU, and now reading to run it with GeantX. I will move on to validate the results.

Philippe: Working on stepper and transportation. Have understood what needs to be done, implementing in the mini-proxy

Soon: Bramsttrung (generate photon), and Photon Compton and Ioinization process. With those 3 , we should have shower and lose energy and change direction … ie a short shower process. Sampling final state, calculating cross section, adding ddx and so on. Hoping to have simple validation soon-ish. We need a global container collecting secondaries and inserting in mechanism. Needed a lot of side work (material cuts, physics vector).

Soon: question for Jonathan. Are the process object recreate each time?

Philippe: in the mini-proxy yes, (I guess they are assumed to be stateless).

Seth: Stephano started Monday. Setting up etc.: Stefano Castro Tognini [email protected]

Philippe: I am planning on being at ORNL, January 14th and returning Friday January 17th

Seth: I am in standby …

Yunsong: RAS, Jonathan is working on a paper dateline (next week) and hope to get together with to plan what’s next.

Seth: We will introduce Stephano to SHIFT and after that do some cataloging the physics process in Geant4 and understanding the data input on how to implement them.
