Attendees: Philippe, Seth, Guilherme, Soon, Paolo.

Seth: Back on the project. November is now the scheduled start date for Stefano.

Paolo: we will have a phone conference next Friday 9am PST, in particular to talk to the Pittsburg collaborator.

Philippe: We will have an almost simulcast of the introduction to GeantX on the East and West coast.

Paolo: Looks perfect for the LBL, maybe a challenge to fit in the 15 minutes slot.

Philippe: I will adjust.

Paolo: I can not join physically but I will be happy to join remotely (Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday morning).

Paolo: For the afternoon discussion, we are internally discussing whether to discuss Simulation and Reconstruction together or separately.

Seth: Tuesday afternoon is a good start date.

Philippe: Next we are meeting at 9am PST/11 CST/12 EST/18 CERN Time.
