Need statement: Hair combing machine

People with special needs are Divyangs need assistance for there day to day activities like eating, buttoning the shirts, combing, wearing shoes, drinking. Design a way to help such people to carry out their day-to-day activities without assistance of another person. Your solution should co ncentrate on the ease and comfort of the user.

Machine should not consume lot of space and should not exceed more then Rs.3000 and must not have less efficiency. With the help of machine the person should comb his hair and it should be operated automatically and the machine should be very easy to operate.
