3.Computer based
In most of the pharmacies names of the medicines and rack and the place where the medicine is kept is fed in the computer system. As soon as the customer arrives and gives the prescription, the pharmacist enters the details in the system. It displays the place and rack and pharmacist easily identify and bring the medicine to customer.

- OBSERVATIONS
- 1.India lacks education compared to other countries, also financially backward to adopt these technologies in pharmacies.
- 2.Robots are not affordable by local pharmacies.
- 3.Proper guidance should be given to pharmacists to use robots.
- 4.Dovoloped countries like USA, Australia has already adapted these technologies.
