P4 Case management database

A demo dataset for use in testing linkages between the DHIS2 and the other systems.

Key data elements are the individual and the point of service. We assume that all individuals are eligible, and enrolment happens on the first presentation of illness. Everyone is represented either as a statistic or as themselves in the system.
