Modding Minecraft with the GawdScape Launcher

By default the GawdScape Launcher will download the GawdScape Mod. You can further mod you client with mods such as OptiFine by simply dragging the Mod.jar file to the mods folder. The mods folder will be in the folder Minecraft gets downloaded to, on Windows that would be %AppData%.gawdscape\bin\mods. There mods will be loaded into the class path, Forge mods will not work here. You can install Forge here but if you are going to install Forge it would be better to rename the Forge.jar to gawdscape.jar and replace the one in the bin folder.

*Note: You do not need to remove the META-INF folder from minecraft.jar. This is done automatically by the downloader.

*Note: When updating to a different Minecraft version you will need to remove the mods in your mods folder. Updating GawdScape versions may not affect your mods.
