Parametrized Corpus Controller

This is a modification of a Conditional Corpus Controller which allows to specify a Configuration File at creation time which will then be used to change settings in the pipeline when it is run.

When the plugin is loaded, right-clicking on a Conditional Corpus Controller will show a menu option for converting that controller into a Parametrized Corpus Controller and specify a Configuration File for it.
