• [Firefox] Effect Expiring Warnings will work when holding down hotkey '1' - '0'.

Known issues

• [Firefox with Scriptish] Blinking of additional elements still occurs.
  This cannot be resolved until Scriptish's issue is resolved.
• [Chrome][Firefox with Scriptish] Combat turn is proceeded even if any alert is shown when holding down hotkey '1' - '0'.
