Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug that informations of all monsters become "[NEW]" after do something when official monster appears.
• Fixed a bug that "Change HentaiVerse page title" option does not work.
• Fixed a compatibility problem with Scriptish.
  • Changed @run-at parameter to "document-end" from "document-start" to avoid errors of jQuery.
  • Removed "Hide HV logo" option because the change above produces flash of the logo with Firefox.
