Garliyard Terms of Service

Introduction

This is a contract between you and Garliyard. ("Garliyard"). By signing up to use an account through the official website linked in this repository, or any associated websites, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Liability Disclaimer.

General Use

Your Garliyard account encompasses all forms of basic usage, such as making transactions with the Garlicoin Cryptocurrency. The end user accepts all risks involved in the loss of trading, holding, or breaches in security under good faith of properly protected infrastructure.

Creating an account

By creating an account the user accepts all risks defined in the Liability Disclaimer, and in this document. The end user accepts and states that they are of legal adult age in their state or providence.

Compliance

The maintainers, and operators of Garliyard reserve the right to comply with authorities under any circumstance deemed reasonable by law.

Tracking of IP Addresses

In the event that the maintainers or operators of Garliyard find suspicious activity within the platform, they possess the ability to blacklist an IP Address from using the service without notice in good faith of protecting the project from criminal activity.

The user acknowledges and accepts that their data is not being tracked with the intent to monitor, or supervise without notice.

The right to reserve and amend this document

The operators, maintainers and developers of Garliyard reserve the right to amend this document and decommission old reversions.
