Production Plan

The agile Scrum method will be used in this project, with the aim of providing flexibility in production.

The development is based on 10 work periods (Sprints), in each of them two serious meetings will be held weekly and meetings of the entire team will be held daily to find out how they are doing the work.

The development will focus on five playable versions each will be established as a milestone.

Game Design Document

In this document we find the bases of Game design with which you must against the game. At all times of development will follow the format of this document, if there is any doubt you should contact our designer.

The TDD is a document where we detail how we will work in the development phase. It includes the code style we must follow while programming, an UML to structure our game, and some other details about how we'll work while we are in the development phase of the project. Any doubts about the content of this document should be communicated to our Lead Programmer.

Art Bible

The art bible describes all the artistic features of the game. What styles, sizes, colors, programs, formats ... must be used. References for creating new art are also detailed.

The QA WorfFlow explains how reporting, tracking and solving bugs will work while developing, and it includes some diagrams to help illustrate our workflow.

User Interface Document

The User Interface Document describes the user interface that we will use, including Menus and in-game mockups to show how we want the UI to look along with descriptions. It also includes diagrams that represent how everything is structured and how the player will navigate through the interface.
