Nix Disk Manager is a tool developed by GLF that allows you to automatically mount a secondary disk at each startup. Here's how to use it:



  1. Enter your password when launching the tool.

  2. Click on the Let's go! button

  1. Displays a list of disks.

  2. Click on the Manage button below the disk you want to mount at startup.

  1. Click on the small + button.

  1. Name your mount point, e.g. /media/Test.

Note

A mount point is a folder that allows you to access the contents of a hard drive, USB stick, DVD drive, or other storage device.

  1. Click on the tick to confirm.

  1. Click Save Configuration.

  1. Wait for Nix Disk to modify your configuration.



And that's it ! The next time you restart, your disk will be automatically mounted.
