📦 Installation
[!IMPORTANT]
- GLF-OS does not currently support
secureboot
. You will need to disable it before installation, otherwise you will have difficulty booting the installation ISO.- BIOS (legacy) and UEFI systems are supported.
🚀 Booting from USB
- Restart your computer: Turn off your computer and then turn it back on.
- Access the startup menu: Press the key corresponding to your manufacturer to access the startup menu (see key table FR website).
- Select your USB drive: Choose your USB drive as the boot device.
Initial setup
- Startup menu: A menu will appear. Stay on the first option. If you have more than 16GB of RAM, you can load the ISO into RAM using the copytoram option.
- Internet connection: If you are using Wi-Fi, connect by clicking on the top right of the screen, then select “Wi-Fi” and connect to your network.

- Restart: At the end of the installation, restart your computer.
- Remove the USB drive: After a black screen appears, remove the USB drive.
