Which versions can be modded?

PC is the only platform with official modding support. But you can modify and use the respective modtools (BFBuilder and BF2_Modtools) to create mods for each version of the game. Please note that it is more difficult to troubleshoot issues on console because there is no log file to look through.

How can I play mods on Consoles?

• You can play XBOX mods on an Original Xbox (softmodded), Xbox 360 console (RGH) or XEMU
• You can play PS2 mods in the PCSX2 Emulator or PS2 Hardware (with Free McBoot)
• You can play PSP mods in the PPSSPP Emulator or on PSP hardware (with custom firmware)
