Steps to make the Repo

1. Click New Repository on the main github page

2. On the next page, remember to put the owner as Games By Moonlight, add the proper gitignore, and add a readme so the repo can be pulled.

3. Once the repo is created, go to the Settings Tab

Add all the relevant teams

Make sure the teams are set to "Write"

4 (optional) Go to the "Branches" tab and protect master, if you want to mess with all that pull request shenanigans.
