Welcome to the SmartPlay 3 Jailbreak page!

It's really simple to make a SmartPlay 3 jailbreak. Here are the simple instructions:

1. Download the SmartPlay 3 Files
2. Make any changes you wish
3. Put it on /disk/.flashUpdate/(this is what will be at / on the jailbroken SP3)*
4. Done!

*If you make a blank /disk/.flashUpdate/, it will clear everything due to the way flashUpdate was (stupidly) coded.

flashUpdate works in that it replaces the stock SP3 files. In order to do this it clears everything at root and replaces the missing files with the ones in /disk/.flashUpdate/, however if there is nothing in flashUpdate it will just delete root replacing nothing.
