The first of the gas giants and only slightly farther away, Otho effectively stands in for the stock planet Jool. It is worth noting that none of the gas giants here meet Jool's mass or its radius of 6,000km but they all do surpass it in density and, therefore, still have higher surface gravity. With roughly half the influence radius there isn't much room for a full complement of 5 moons. Otho's apoapsis and periapsis differ from Jool's by only roughly 4 million km or 4Gm.
Otho is home to two moons with stronger colors in hues like itself, the majestic sky-baring Augustus and the nearby and fair vacuum body Hephaestus, then there's the lonely and antisocial tar ball-esque Jannah. Otho still cares for her, that's why she hangs around.
Flags
Each gas giant carries its own region flag, in this case The Oth and their hallowed space, but together the giants share a second, a challenge flag rather than a faction flag. They are the three kings.
