Nero stands above the other planets not only as the largest of them all, but also as one of the two founding planets and home of the most interesting moon, Hadrian ...or moons: Narisse, Muse and Minona included, to visit in Galileo's Planet Pack. Nero's orbit is slightly larger than that of Urlum from the Outer Planets mod and its sphere of influence has at least 4x the radius of Jool's, making room for several additional moons if they were to possibly happen.
It so happens that in version 1.5.0, Nero indeed gains two more moons which occupy the outer regions of its influence, for a total of 6 moons: Agrippina and Julia
Its rings are inclined a mere 10 degrees, rather than 0 or 90 as would be found in any other planet provided by a mod, ensuring more chance of it being noticed at any viewing angle and any time, and adding some intrigue for passing eyes to observe and discuss. Lastly, there's more than what meets the eye regarding any planet's rings in this solar system. Tellumo and itself each have something different to discover.
Flags
Each gas giant carries its own region flag, in this case it is House of Nero and the shimmering consorts, but together the giants share a second, a challenge flag rather than a faction flag. They are the three kings.
