This is one of two H-class bodies (the most inhospitable kind for colonization) and one of the three most difficult bodies to prepare advanced surface operations for; the others being Thalia and Leto. Catullus has a greater radius than the super-earth planet Tellumo and is yet a moon. It shares a few characteristics with Eve but is quite unique in its own rights. The most obvious of them, the #1 defining feature is that it trades its expected extreme mass and gravity for extreme atmosphere height, comparing to, yet making itself a large step up from the moon Tekto from the Outer Planets mod.

As the second moon of [Gauss]], Catullus carries the Max Gauss flag, but having [its own moon and the two of them appearing nearly identical in color qualifies them to be their own region and have a discrete Purple Moons flag.
