##Agenda

1. How to organize project's work.
2. Feature selection and planning.

##General ideas and discussion points

1. Build each feature as a set of modules that are connected. So a feature can consist of 1 or more modules.
2. Each feature will be having its own repository
3. Need a good architecture to glue all modules.
4. All features and modules should start from an open source project. Research will be done before deciding on a starting point per feature.
5. Minimize server cost by leveraging other services, i.e. by using external image & video hosting.
6. Invite new members and friends if they are interested

##Current development plan: ###Phase 1:

1. Users/Profiles/Avatars:
   • Registration will be done through integration with other social services & networks
   • Avatars will be taken from other social services.
   • Each platform can be a separate module within one repository
   • We will have a unified internal APIs for all accounts.
2. Chat service application:
   • Use IRC or other open source platform
   • Both private & public rooms or channels.

###Phase 2:

1. Events & Tasks (like, when someone asks for help etc.)
2. Geolocation
3. Simple search
4. topics + local targeting

1. Gamification

4. NLP Natural language processing.
5. To-do list RPG like HabitRPG use as an example to move GALAX to the next level.
   • Where you have a character and get points for getting your stuff done. Then you can buy armor, weapons etc., for the points
   • "help people" part and "play challenges"
