Here's a list of things that need to be done.

Urgent

• Get CI working that does a repoman run on each push (and possibly reverts the repo upon failure?)
• Work on getting real infrastructure up that isn't github
• Add patches to sys-apps/portage conf files to make galapagos the default distribution
• Website (@awilfox is working on it) Mostly done, needs more content
• Identify and fix outstanding security issues in packages
• Recruit developers

Important

• Tree clean out packages that have been masked for a long time
• Begone, cdrom.eclass and anything that requires it (bug #1)
• Rebrand
• Spin live CD's
• Add more stuff that we should have that Gentoo doesn't (Steam would be nice, for instance...)
• Import / copy documentations from gentoo; dev manual, HowTos, Installation guide.
• Decide on state of GLEPs in Galapagos; make anew, import from gentoo.
• Decide upon the meta structure of both panels of members and forum type services (Mailing lists, bugzilla)
• Policies regarding entities and structure within a bugzilla; email addresses, tier of user / developer
• Mirror of galapagos for users to enter pull requests (covered in the infra phase)

• Binary integration with apk from @awilfox and Adélie Linux
• Tools from Adélie
