A swashbuckling South Carolinian, Christian Merchant is an Enterprise Agility Lead for the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC LANT) in Charleston, South Carolina. Currently, he is working with PMW 220 on a multi-year, multi-agency agility transformation of the Navy ERP system as they migrate to S4/HANA, ultimately projected to involve more than 1000 government and industry partners. Previously, Mr. Merchant worked with the Defense Health Agency on a similarly expansive agility transformation that impacted every aspect of their organization. Mr. Merchant is a passionate advocate for value and outcomes and galvanizing government hearts and minds towards these goals via an agile mindset.
