What tasks from the previous iteration plan did not get completed? Why did they not get completed?
The following tasks from the previous iteration remain incomplete:
- Implementing a communication module for sending notifications or alerts.
- Developing reporting features to generate reports on donation and inventory data.
- Development of recipient portal to check the available items and be able to add the required items to the cart for checkout.
These tasks are still pending as we are currently researching to ensure their effective implementation. We want to ensure that when we do implement them, they meet our needs and expectations efficiently.

A concrete plan for demonstrating that every task has been completed.
Once each team member has completed their task individually, we perform peer review to check eachother's work, whether the completed tasks align with our functional requirements and each feature is working efficiently. We then test the features that are implemented in each iteration to check the functionality and discuss whether the implemented featues are satisfied with client.
