Iteration Plan: Day 1 Week 1
What tasks from the previous iteration plan did not get completed?
In the first iteration we have assigned below tasks to each group member and they are working on their assigned tasks individually. Tasks that are pending from previous iteration include implementation of the functional requirements like user registration, donation management, inventory management, communication module, analystics and reporting, delivery assignment and volunteer management.

A concrete plan for demonstrating that every task has been completed.
Once each team member has completed their task individually, we perform peer review to check eachother's work, whether the completed tasks align with our functional requirements and each feature is working efficiently. We then test the features that are implemented in each iteration to check the working and discuss the implemented featues are satisfied with client.
