This test calculates the convergence rates of a Q9 mesh using a manufactured solution in which

Three uniform meshes are considered:
Coarse mesh: 81 nodes and 64 elements (mesh size = 0.1250)
Fine mesh: 289 nodes and 256 elements (mesh size = 0.0625)
Finer mesh: 1089 nodes and 1024 elements (mesh size = 0.0313)
The element type is Q9.
