Things to note:
- Must be held in the offhand to receive it's effect
- Occasionally gives the holder Saturation
- When the holder's food level isn't at maximum the Totem provides the holder 6 Food and 9.6 Saturation
- Loses 1 charge every time the Food level is increased
- Can hold a maximum of 80 charges
- Can be charged with Cooked Salmon, Cooked Chicken, or Cooked Mutton by using it in either the main or offhand with food in the inventory
