Things to note:
- Must be held in the offhand to receive it's effect
- It will only recharge while held in the offhand
- Immune to fire and lava
When reaching 0 health when held in the offhand the holder is not killed, the Totem starts it's 1 minute cooldown, and the holder is given these effects:
- Regeneration II for 30 seconds
- Fire Resistance for 30 seconds
- Absorption II for 5 seconds
