Things to note:

• Must be held in the offhand to receive it's effect

• Occasionally gives the holder Saturation
• When the holder's food level isn't at maximum the Totem provides the holder 2 Food and 1.2 Saturation
• Loses 1 charge every time the Food level is increased
• Can hold a maximum of 20 charges
• Can be charged with Potatoes, Beetroots, or Melon Slices by using it in either the main or offhand with food in the inventory

Place these items in a crafting grid:

• Totem of Nourishing
• Sustaining Essence

Recipe book entry unlocked by:

• Obtaining a Totem of Nourishing

• Generous Totem of Nourishing
