Brookville’s promotional image of the BL36PH

The BL36PH, more recently known as the Brookville Eagle Commuter, is Brookville’s only legitimate passenger locomotive that they have built thus far (no, the BL20GH does not count.). Although only Tri-Rail’s Florida has taken a bite out of the units, ordering 22, the BL36PH is still up for sale today.

The BL36PH is compliant with EPA Tier 3 Emissions Standards. Given how the locomotive would no longer be legal for sale if the locomotive was not Tier 4, it is unknown if Brookville have done changes to the prime mover.
