The BL21CG is the first of Brookville’s "CoGeneration" fleet. It was built as a GP38, MEC 259, and was later rebuilt in 2008 by Brookville with 3 QSK19s. It tested on the M&ET and the CCT before CCT bought it in 2011 to replace an Ex-CNW GP7.
Today, contrary to what sources say, 2101 is found mostly at the Port of Stockton with 2 BL12CGs.
