Reminder To Donate

The simplest resource in this domain: a lead-capture form (name + email) for a "remind me to donate later" prompt. Completely unrelated to the Contact/Feedback/Message cluster — no routing, no reply, no coordinator involvement.

Fields

name, email only, validated by a custom reminder_form validator plus a Devise::email_regexp format check.

Worth knowing

index assigns results to @feedbacks instead of @reminder_to_donates — a copy-paste leftover from a Feedback-based controller. Harmless as long as the view (app/views/reminder_to_donate/index.html.erb) also uses @feedbacks, but a footgun for anyone renaming things.
