Feedback captured from a donate call-to-action prompt. Public, write-once: create emails an acknowledgement to the submitter and a separate notification to admins, then redirects to search. No archive, no keep, no reply thread, no GitHub sync — it's the simplest resource in this domain.

Worth knowing

The controller's strong params are still keyed params.require(:feedback) even though the resource is DonateCtaFeedback — the form field namespace is feedback[...], not donate_cta_feedback[...]. index is an unfiltered, unpaginated DonateCtaFeedback.all.
