The app publishes session lifecycle events other components listen to — the same bus drives notifications, auto-summary and the UI.

SessionCreated	/new builds a session
SessionLoaded	you switch to a session
SessionDeleted	a session is removed
SessionRenamed	the auto-title (or a rename) lands

• UI — swaps the window, restores drafts, re-shows pending popups
• Notifications — pings you when a background session needs an answer
• Auto-summary — summarises the session you just left

Hooks are internal plumbing today — custom skills and commands sit on top of the same events. Watch the repository for an extension point.
