Ignoring Frame Navigation - Foulest/Osprey GitHub Wiki
By default, Osprey ignores frame navigation when you browse the web due to false positives. Frame navigations refer to different URLs being loaded on a website in the background. For example, Google Analytics links in the background of a web page, or CAPTCHA elements that originate from different websites, such as https://hcaptcha.com. False positives can occur with this extra-strict URL checking. For example, one or more providers may block the entire page due to a false detection of an advertising element, a CDN network, or a third-party analytics tool. It's not recommended for most to have it enabled.
If you want to disable ignoring frame navigation and have Osprey check every URL loaded by a website, here's how:
-
Right-click Osprey's icon in your extension toolbar.
-
Click the 'Ignore frame navigation' setting in the context menu.
You can test frame navigations being detected by visiting this test page.
