Lab 2.2: Observing LAN Activity - FlameSpyro/Tech-Journal GitHub Wiki

This lab introduced the software Wireshark, which is a network protocol analyzer. This software will keep track of anything going on in your pc whenever doing something internet related even the most minute of connections are recorded. This lab consisted of pinging the default gateway of our network and recording how Wireshark reacts. Due to Champlain firewalls, it didn't fully work as intended as the pings we sent didn't go through. What's important to know is that whatever Wireshark records can be sorted to make finding something specific much easier.
