Problem 1

• Reliability of the backup machine(s): What if a system goes down and the backup kicks in but it hasn't been checked in recent times and goes down right away or malfunctions?
• Perhaps a method of constantly testing the backups to make sure they are still up to the task would need to be in place.

• What if the cause of a system going down is the network such as a power outage? 
• Perhaps having routine backup states to revert to in case of any disasters risking data loss. On top of that depending on the company having backups in different areas could help too.

• A redundant device kicks in but the distance between the two is too far apart causing latency to prove difficult depending on the use.
• Perhaps the use of VPNs or another type of remote options to help get a bit closer to the devices.
