[Quest] cannot complete Rohok's Request for shattered halls key - FeenixServerProject/Archangel_2.4.3_Bugtracker GitHub Wiki

I have the 4 fel iron bars, 2 arcane dust, and 4 motes of fire in my bag. I cannot complete the quest though. the quest is gray and the complete quest is grayed out. I have all the items in my bag. I renamed my cache folder with no luck.
