Create your first priority matrix with Microsoft Lists!
How to:
1) Download the Excel file available here
2) Create a new list from Excel and upload the file you've got in the previous step
3) Follow the wizard process to create a new list. Don't setup anything: all the required columns are already available in the Excel file. Just save to create a new list
4) Create a new Gallery view
5) Copy the JSON code available here
6) Format the gallery view that you've just created and paste the JSON code into the view formatting box (Advanced formatting mode)
7) You will notice that the task counter above each quadrant shows 7 tasks. That's because all writing boxes are pre-filled with a "zero-width-space" character. This special character is used to force the wizard process recognizing all the Excel columns as single line of text. Therefore, before using this tool, click on the "delete all" icon above each quadrant to make it empty.
