Use this page to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from advisors, students, and administrators using the Health platform.

How to submit feedback

• Complete the Google Form linked below to share feature requests, bugs, or usability comments.
• Responses route to the product team’s shared spreadsheet for triaging during weekly stand-ups.

Reviewing responses

• Feedback owners should review new submissions at least once per sprint.
• Categorize entries (bug, enhancement, usability, data request) and create corresponding tickets in the project backlog.
• Close the loop with the reporter when an issue is resolved or deployed.
