In an honesty, Vine Helper does its best to abide by Vine's Conditions of Use, and many features are not implemented because they would go against some rules, some announcements made in the past, or against the spirit of fairness amongst viners.

Attempts to obtain clarifications on the C.O.U. have not been successful, and some people got mixed answers when asking Customer Support whether the use of Vine Helper is allowed or not. It is not expected that Amazon will officially take a stance in supporting Vine Helper, just like they don't take a stance in supporting your favourite translation extension.

It is however expected that in case of doubt, customer support, who might not be aware of what Vine Helper is or does exactly, might provide the safe and easy answer and say no.

However, recently we have seen the following screen capture being shared which seems to suggest Vine Helper might not be seen as problem:
