If you're playing Freelancer: HD Edition in borderless windowed mode, you may have noticed that the mouse may stutter or snap to the borders during gameplay. We have a fix for it, but it hasn't been officially released yet. You can try it out to see if it works for you.

Installing the fix

1. Download this file: dinput8.zip.
2. Extract the zip and put the dinput8.dll file in the EXE folder of your Freelancer: HD Edition installation.
3. That's it!

If the issue still persists after installing the fix, please reinstall the mod and choose fullscreen mode instead of borderless windowed mode in the options. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the stability of the borderless windowed mode at this time as it's an experimental feature.
