Sprint 1

What went well

• We were able to solve the problems with terraform and Google Cloud deployment.
• Estabilished strong points for each team member and managed to increase productivity.

What went wrong

• Poor communication between teams which clouded our consideration for next steps to take.
• Decision on architecture and technologies affected the objectives, leaving some tasks to deal in the next sprint.

What could be done differently for the next sprint

• Estabilish bi-weekly meetings for better understanding and solutioning of problems being faced.

Sprint 2

Sprint Objectives

• Deploy the comment reviews analysis feature.
• Work on the development of the promotion and pricing tools.
• Merge the developed features with the micro-frontends repo.

What went well

• Solved the indecision to the merging problem with the micro-frontends.
• Managed to work on adding the services developed to the main repo.
• Worked through some doughts and problems that were raised on the merging.

What went wrong

• Conflicts when merging with other features created the impossibility of a smooth experience and affected our objectives plan.
• We had to adapt our frontend to be compatible with the tech used on the repo.
• Didn't manage to do all obejctives planned.

What could be done differently for the next sprint

• Faster response time on problems that stop our progression.
• More energy and active time working on the developing and merging.
• Better team and project synergy and communication.
