Helps you group and replace multiple Shaders on multiple Materials at once.
How to use
- Open its window from the menu
FACS Utils/Shader+Material/Easy Shader Reassign. - Put the folder containing your
Materialsin the object selector.- If you are repairing a ripped project, select the ripped "Material" folder.
- Look for the
Shaderyou want to replace, and select a new one with its dropdown menu. You can prepare multipleShadersto reassign at once. - When ready, press the Apply Shaders! button.
Extra tips and notes
- On the Shader list,
Shaderswith their name in orange means they are working, andShaderswith their name in cyan means they are broken or missing. - You have the option to enable or disable Register Undo. You can Undo the reassign if enabled, but the more reassigned
Materials, the longer it will take to process them. - To assign one new
Shaderto multipleShaders, use the Group Shaders text field. - If you don't want to reassign a
Materialfrom itsShader, uncheck its checkbox. - You can click a
Materialto select and highlight it in the Project folders.
