Creating a new Organisation

1. Select the Organisations icon in the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click on + Create New button at the top of the page

3. A new page will appear where you will need to enter​

• The name of the organisation
• A description
• Assign a Stakeholder type that describes the type of organisation
• Enter a weblink

Those marked with * are required fields

4. Once you have entered the data, select Create

This will return you to the Organisations summary page where you will see a success message "Organisation was Successfully created"​ in the top right-hand side.

Search and Update an Organisation

1. Search for an Organisation by typing it into the search bar at the top left-hand corner of the screen

2. Click Show alongside the Organisation you wish to update

3. A new page will appear showing the details of the Organisation

4. Click Edit Organisation

5. A new page will appear where details of the Organisation can be edited

6. To save these updates select Update

Deleting an Organisation

1. Select the Organisations icon in the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click Delete alongside the organisation you wish to remove

3. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Organisation

4. If you are sure you wish to proceed select OK

5. A success message will appear on the bottom corner of the page confirming the Organisation has been deleted
