Create a new Community

1. Select the Communities icon in the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click on + Create New at the top of this new page

3. A new page will appear where you will need to enter:

• The name of the Community
• And a brief description of the Community

4. Once you have entered these two pieces of information select Create

5. A success message will appear at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that confirms the Community has been created

6. This new Community is listed on the Communities page ​

Search and Update a Community

1. Search for a Community by typing it into the search bar at the top left-hand corner of the screen

2. Click Show alongside the Community you wish to update

3. A new page will appear showing the details of the Community

4. Click Edit Community​

5. This will take you to a page where the details of the Community can be edited

6. To save these updates select Update Community​

Delete a Community

1. Select the Communities icon in the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click Delete alongside the Community you wish to remove

3. A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Community

4. If you are sure you wish to proceed select OK

5. A success message will appear on the bottom corner of the page confirming the Community has been deleted

Note: Deleting a Community will remove it from any Transition Card or SDGs Alignment Card it was associated with
