Copy and Merge Transition Cards

Copy a Transition Card

1. Select Transition Cards from the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click on the name of the Transition Card you wish to Copy

3. On the Transition Card page, select Copy on the right-hand side above the Focus Areas

4. A dialogue box will appear. Here you will need to create a new name for the Transition Card

5. Next, select whether you wish to make a:

• Shallow copy – This copy includes the list of Initiatives and Organisations - but excludes checklist history

  or

• Deep copy - This copy includes the list of Initiatives and Organisations and all checklist history

6. Once you have made your selection, click Copy Transition Card

7. Once the Transition Card was successfully copied you will be brought back to a new Transition Card screen

Merge Transition Cards

1. Select Transition Cards from the left-hand side navigation bar

2. Click on the name of the Transition Card you wish to merge

3. On the Transition Card page, select Merge on the right-hand side above the Focus Areas

4. A dialogue box will appear. Here you will need to select the Transition Card you would like to merge with

5. Once you have made your selection, click Merge Transition Card

6. The new Transition Card will take on the name of the Transition Card that it is merged into

Note: If the Wicked Problem or Communities are different between Transition Cards, these will be changed to the Wicked Problem or Community the Transition Card is merging into
