Activity Report

Initiatives

Initiatives beginning of period

The number of Initiatives listed in the Transition Card at the start of the reporting period

Additions

The number of Initiatives added to the Transition Card during the reporting period

Removals

The number of Initiatives removed to the Transition Card during the reporting period

Initiatives end of period

The number of Initiatives listed in the Transition Card at the end of the reporting period, i.e. the tally of Initiatives beginning of period, plus Additions, less Removals

Initiative Characteristics

Characteristics beginning of period

The number of Initiative Characteristics (aka Checklist Items) with a check/tick and Actual status across each Characteristic at the start of the reporting period.

For instance, if a Transition Card has 5 Initiatives, and 3 of these have "Highlight the need to organise communities differently" checked with Actual status at the start of the reporting period, the "Characteristics beginning of period" column for "Highlight the need to organise communities differently" would read '3'.

Additions

The total number of initiative characteristics ticked (added) and saved with Actual status across all initiatives within the date range

Removals

The number of Initiative Characteristics (aka Checklist Items) with Actual status unchecked (i.e. previously checked, but now not) across each Characteristic and the end of the reporting period.

Characteristics end of period

The tally (Characteristics beginning of period + Additions - Removals) for each Initiative Characteristic.

New Comments Saved assigned Actuals

The tally of NEW save_new_ comments (after a first comment has been made) against Initiative Characteristics with the status of 'Actual'
