This section describes what's new for the Geoportal Server 1.1.1:

Building on the new metadata editor (introduced at version 1.1), version 1.1.1 of the Geoportal Server adds a new FGDC editor that has the same capabilities.

For the INSPIRE community, the Discovery Service has been updated to the INSPIRE Technical Guidance v3.0 specifications. For more details, please visit the Esri ArcGIS for INSPIRE Resource Center. The Esri Geoportal Server 1.1.1 is included in the ArcGIS for INSPIRE 1.0 SP1 release.
