A minimal obs CLI for obs-websocket v5

What and Why

obs-cmd is a command line websocket interface to obs studio. Wayland doesn't allow apps to listen for global hotkeys, so in order to toggle recordings, take screenshots, change scenes, save replays, etc I use hotkeys defined in KDE which map to obs-cmd commands which then talk to obs studio via websockets.

Requires you to have obs-studio built with websocket support (+websocket) to connect.
