Is possible to get a player via a Steam ID or get a Steam ID from a PUBG name?

Due to privacy concerns, Steam ID's and PUBG usernames are not linked

Is custom game/test server/closed experimental test server/mobile data available?

Custom game data is coming soon, mobile data is being considered. Test Server/Closed Experimental Test Server data won't be available

Is match live data available?

No, but it is being talked about internally

What is the rate-limit?

10 requests every 60 seconds

When I search for X user using the players endpoint, it says "No players found matching criteria"

Has X user played a match within the last 3 days or so and after any API updates?

Did you select the correct Platform-Region Shard?

Names are case-senstive. Is X user's name spelt right?

If you are searching using the In-Game PUBG name, X may have been affected by the #unknown bug
